Instructions for registration (Session 2026-2027)

1. Registrations are open from Bal Vatika-I to class I(First).

2. Registration forms are available till Dec 27, 2025.

3. Last date for submitting the forms is Dec 27, 2025.

4. Children whose date of birth falls between 1st March 2022 and 30th April 2023 are eligible for admission to Bal Vatika-I(Nursery).

5. For class Pre-Primary( K.G.), the Date of birth of the child should be between 1st March 2021 and 30th April 2022.

6. For class 1(First), the Date of birth of the child should be between 1st March, 2020 and 30th April 2021.

7. All the eligible applicants would be called for draw of lots to be held in the month of Jan, 2026.

8. First list of selected candidates will be displayed on notice board and school website on Jan 23, 2026.

9. School’s criteria for admission to open seats is as follows:

a) Distance 50 points

b) Sibling 25 points

c) Alumni 25 points

10. Documents required at the time of admission :-

a) 2 passport size photograph of the child and 1 passport size photograph each of father and mother.

b) Proof of DOB (birth certificate of the child).

c) Residence proof (any one of the following) : a. Electricity Bill, b. Water Bill, c. MTNL Bill

d) Aadhar card of the parents and child.

e) Candidates selected under sibling category need to attach fee receipt of the last fee paid.

f) Candidates selected under alumni / alumna category need to attach the relevant proof.

11. Second list of selected candidates (if any) will be displayed on Feb 09, 2026 followed by subsequent list (if any) on Mar 05, 2026.

12. Limited seats available for classes 2nd onwards. Written test for classes 2nd onwards would be conducted in the month of Feb/Mar 2026 subject to availability of seats.
